1623's vision is to use Shakespeare’s work to inspire, surprise and affect people.

You can help us continue to build a secure foundation so we can keep on producing five-star theatre performances, bespoke learning workshops, award-winning participatory activities and inspirational training sessions.

If you join our Friends, you're not just becoming a "donor". We'll keep you up-to-date with what your support is enabling us to do with a regular newsletter, give you a great big "thank you" online, and offer you the opportunity to come see us perform for free. Your generosity would be helping to secure a long-term future for 1623.

How much does joining our Friends cost?

You can join as an individual or with your partner for a discounted rate. We also offer a Young Person's membership at a discounted rate. We class a Young Person as anyone 25 years old or younger.

• Individual membership is £5 a month
• Joint membership is £8 a month (£2 off!)
• Young Person membership is £3 a month (£2 off!)

So in one year of an individual membership, you would be donating just £60 to help 1623 to continue to inspire, surprise and affect people.

What are the benefits of joining our Friends?

For your monthly donation, you benefit from:

• a credit on our website, on Twitter and on Facebook. A little "thank you!" from 1623. You can, of course, choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
• a quarterly newsletter. Choose whether you receive it by email or by post  (or, of course, not at all).
• two free tickets to a 1623 performance every year. For the Joint membership, you benefit from four free tickets every year.

At 1623 we are conscious of our environmental impact and therefore we endeavour to use email wherever possible, rather than paper mail. We would encourage you, if it's possible, to help us with this endeavour by opting to receive your Newsletter and other admininstrative communications electronically. Thank you.
