Awarded the London 2012 Inspire Mark, The Great Shakespearean Workout brings together aerobics, kung fu and tai chi in an interactive fitness session that explores the language and characters of Troilus and Cressida, Shakespeare's only play inspired by the heroic myths of Ancient Greece, birthplace of the Olympic Games.
People are invited to take part in an epic battle between the Trojans and the Greeks, as 1623 gets everyone moving to the Shakespeare beat! All participants are asked to wear loose clothing and bring along a bottle of water. Suitable for all ages.
