Three members of Derby Playhouse Youth Theatre will make their professional stage debut in a Shakespeare production later this week.  Jonathon Levers, Amy Scott and Grace Scott have been cast in 1623 theatre company's  Macbeth, which will open on Wednesday at Poole's Cavern in Buxton.

As part of the World Heritage Family Discovery Day this Saturday, 1623 theatre company will bring Shakespeare's spookier side vividly to life in two promenade performances through Derby Silk Mill.

Derby-based 1623 theatre company are inviting audiences to join them for a walk round Derby city centre on Saturday October 13, when scenes from Shakespeare's plays will be performed in non-traditional theatre spaces free-of-charge for everyone.

Witches, blood and a ghost by candlelight ... perfect ingredients for a Halloween evening!  Macbeth , Shakespeare's gothic masterpiece, will be matched by the subterranean splendour of Poole's Cavern between Wednesday 31 October and Saturday 3 November.
