
Awarded the London 2012 Inspire Mark, The Great Shakespearean Workout brings together aerobics, kung fu and tai chi in an interactive fitness session that explores the language and characters of Troilus and Cressida, Shakespeare's only play inspired by the heroic myths of Ancient Greece, birthplace of the Olympic Games.

72 sessions have taken place at festivals, schools and colleges
3,024 people have taken part including young people, over 50s and community groups
